Health services plans, operations, intelligence security and training officers serve as the principal advisor to commanders at all levels in the areas of field medical operations and evacuation. These officers direct and coordinate staff functions pertaining to health services plans, operations, intelligence, security, and training. As an officer, you'll have the opportunity to enhance your skills in one of the world's largest health care organizations.

Training
Job training for medical service corps officers includes completing an Officer Basic Leadership Course, which introduces you to the Army Health Care system, Army doctrine and basic Soldier/leader skills.
