Professional development ribbons are awards given to members of military who have achieved sanctioned academic achivements like NCO school or Professional Development Education courses.

Professional Development Ribbon Associated Decorations

There are seven Professional Development Ribbon decorations. They are a part of the Training Award class. This decoration type can be awarded to members of the Air Force, Army, Coast Guard and Navy.
